Fund register

One box per fund. The matrix and the programme read from these fields. Money in USD. Group share is the share of the management fee and carry kept by Apolonia Funds and 47X Group together. Criteria and weights

Each criterion scores 0 to 100. The weighted total ranks the funds. Weights are normalised, so they need not sum to 100.

Core funds first means a core fund ranks ahead of every affiliate and hosted fund regardless of score. Committed capital is scored, not gated: a fund below the working floor of 10.0% of target still ranks; it scores low on that line.

Avoid starting a campaign in Ramadan or on a public holiday

A fund enters the programme only after its set-up steps are complete. Marketing starts no earlier than the set-up completion date plus the notice period. A fund with steps still open is placed provisionally, on the estimated completion date, and marked as such. Funds take the earliest free slot; rank decides only when two funds compete for the same slot. A fund given a manual start date keeps that date; the rules place every other fund around it and flag anything the manual date breaks. An extension or fixed end date lengthens that fund's campaign only.

Save a version

A version is a named, permanent snapshot of the shared working draft: every fund, weight, rule and date. Everyone sees the same list. Restoring a version replaces the working draft for everyone, and the draft it replaces is kept as an automatic version first, so a restore can always be undone.

Backup

The server writes a full backup every day and keeps the last 30 days. Download a full backup to keep a copy off the server. Importing a version file or a backup adds its versions to the list; it never changes the working draft until somebody restores one.

Daily backups on the server

Restoring a whole daily backup replaces every version and is done on the server by an administrator (see marketing/README.md in the platform repository). To bring back a single earlier state, restore a version instead.

Excel carries the register, weights, matrix, economics, programme and holidays on separate tabs. Print produces the PDF in landscape.

Method

Recurring revenue = target size x management fee rate x group share.
Transaction fees = upfront fees + capital raising fee x capital Apolonia raises.
Committed capital score = committed % of target against the full-marks level on tab 2, capped at 100.
Set-up readiness = steps complete as a share of the eight set-up steps.
Ease of sale and strategic value: 1 to 5, entered by the team, scored x 20.
Weighted total = sum of (score x weight) / sum of weights. Rank follows the total, with core funds first when that rule is on.
Programme: funds with a manual start date are placed first, on that date. Every other fund takes the earliest slot that respects set-up date + notice, the gap to any other launch, and the cap on funds in market across its whole campaign; rank decides when two funds compete; starts move off public holidays, Ramadan and the UAE weekend (Saturday and Sunday) when that rule is on.
Campaign end = start + campaign length, plus the fund's extension, or the fund's fixed end date when one is set.
